Description
The test unit ‘HVC’ is completed with a heavy constructed clamping system with hydraulic controlled tilting construction for quick and easy testing all common Shut-off valves in horizontal position (valve stem vertical) and vertical (valve stem horizontal. This means the valve can be clamped and tested in any position between 0 – 90° to achieve accurate test results and simulate the practice conditions. The universal and versatile HVC is very well designed and equipped for the use in the valve repair shop or for smaller series testing. The standard HVC is completed with sealing adapters for DIN/ANSI RF flanges, but is also prepared for the use of ‘inner seal’ adapters for valves with But- / Socket weld ends.
